Jen began practicing yoga more than nine years ago and was hooked from her very first vinyasa class. The desire to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga led her to the blue lotus Teacher Training Program, which she completed in 2009.

Along the way she discovered restorative yoga, and the practice has become part of her personal practice to help reduce anxiety and stress in her life and bring healing to her mind, body and soul. She brings her love and passion of  restorative yoga to her students, so they can experience the numerous benefits yoga has to offer their inner landscape.

She is certified in Therapeutic Yoga, Thai Yoga, and Children’s Yoga, and currently teaches vinyasa, foundations and restorative yoga as well as yoga + art workshops for kids and Yoga for Anxiety Relief Workshops.
